I live 100 meters away and never had any problems or reason to complain. And yes they do have a restroom on the premises.....

KFC has so gone downhill. They didn't give serviettes, the place is a mess and the staff are inattentive.

If it wasn't for the politeness off the woman serving us we would of walked away, no rest rooms for my wife, and cooldrink machine went faulty, instead of handing us a sealed bottles from the fridge, the opened bottles of cooldrinks and filled cups, very unprofessional
