Called in an order Confirmed everything with the girl on the phone was told to collect in 15 -20 min . Was at the store 20min later paid. Waited another 20min. In this time watched the person behind the counter be rude to people of colour and all smiles with Whites. then was told my drinks they did not have this after confirming via telephone . WTF is this. I myself as a brown man would advise other brown or black people to go somewhere else STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE OBSERVED i myself will never return to another pizza perfect if this is how they treat there customer. And Thank you for wasting my time

Long been a fan of their R30 #burger+#chips daily special...perfect for YouTube in-room dining chill nights in my Sea Point hotel suite. Have to mention Mngr Lionel esp whose positive, friendly, accommodating attitude is sorely needed in this city's so-called "upmarket" restos, never mind his consistent, happy-to-please energy in a family resto...tried the R36 lemon & herb 1/4 chicken and chips as dine-in this evening. Am BLOWN...away...simply delish! And they have a house peri-peri sauce that is too yummy and very more-ish. Place is spotlessly clean, ALL crew super friendly and order was delivered on time, and, this is the really important bit, EXACTLY as I ordered it! This is DEF @jamescapetown FAVE! 💝🌎😁👌
