Went there last night with my wife and kids, enjoyed the food, however the evening was spoiled by the waiter who insisted I must tip him 10% of my bill. After challenging him, he immediately backed off, this is the first time I have experience this as I am a regular at the place.

The pasta my boyfriend and I ordered was amazing, the service was great, the dessert however was the only let down. The Crème brûlée was slightly over cooked on top, so it was slightly scrambled. However once we had eaten pass the top layer, the rest was all velvety goodness.

We have always enjoyed primi waterfront. The staff are amazing and my little one has lots fun which means mom and dad also enjoys some quality time. Primi sets a high bar when comes to customer service. Food is amazing and will definitely recommend ☺

Probably one of the best Primi out there. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the pizza and pasta. Compared to other Primi this one definitely has a more consistent quality especially the pizza base.
