EXTREMLY POOR POOR SERVICE. Placed my order at 19:57 and received it at 20:44. DOUBLE the normal waiting time. After staring at my order which was placed right in front of me for more than 10 minutes, finally it was delivered. PATHETIC. First and LAST time I'm having simply Asia. Close this damn place down or hire more staff.

I had a very disappointing meal last night. we live in Kuils River and my husband took the time and petrol to drive all the way to canal walk for my meal, which was extremely disappointing. he ordered 514 and low and behold it was oily and had no cashews in it with like 5 small pieces of chicken. for number one the meal is expensive and to be disappointed like that??? NOT IMPRESSED

Ordered ahead of time, told them the exact time we would pick up but after arriving at said time, still had to wait to wait an additional 10 mins for them to make it. Upon opening our boxes we had discovered they had gotten the order wrong and had to return to get the correct order and wait while they made it. Sometime during the meal, a friend had bitten into a piece of glass that was in her food. We returned again and were told we would be contacted with regards to the glass incident but we never heard from them again. Terrible experience. Would never go here again.
