The grand sister to the Southern Sun Waterfront, being right next door, this hotel reminds you of the Roman Empire with high ceilings and pillars towering over the pool area and foyer. The rooms here are a tad more modern than Southern Sun Waterfront with silvers and whites being the main colors giving it that luxurious touch. It might cost a bit more but if you have guests not too keen on public areas filled with kids then this could be a good alternative. Although they do accept children, families will tend to go to Southern Sun Waterfront more than they come here.

Very lovely hotel. Clean polished spacious rooms, nice bathroom, large new TV, live music in the lobby in the morning, friendly door staff and reception, great bar, great location. I felt very welcome here.

Beautifully appointed rooms. Amazing buffet spread. The hotel taxi service to V&A is so well thought out. Very attentive hotel staff. Made our stay in cape town very memorable.
