The best seafood restaurant in Cape Town. Kind staff. Fast service. Acceptable prices. Delicious mizo soup and adorable prawns. Also Takamiri rolls are delightful.

Not as good as it used to be,what a disappointment! The sushi was bland and the tuna nigiri full of nerves,all presented without any flair. The service was aloof,to be polite. The fish is still fresh, but for the price and with all the competition in town, you would expect them to raise their game...They were the best, but seem to be resting on their laurels. Maybe just a bad night? We will give it another try before dumping it into the nostalgic bin of "good old memories"...

For me it is simply the best Sushi in Cape Town without a shadow of a doubt. I was introduced to sushi at this very restaurant approx 17 years ago. Sam is definitely a master in the craft of sushi and he was there too. The flavors and combinations are incredible. If for any reason I am to choose my last meal on earth, it will the the 5 x 5 and seared tuna salad (pictures attached). You will not be disappointed

Fantastic sushi and fish dishes. Very short wait for a table of 5, with wine tasting during queue. Very reasonably priced considering the quality of the food and service was fast and of a very high quality. Cannot recommend enough!

This is really just all round great. No reservations so you may have to queue but even then we were given complimentary samples of the house wine as we waited. The real star is the sushi which lived up to expectations. Other seafood pasta was also good with generous portions. Waiting staff quick and friendly. The location is nothing special but doesn't take away from the food. Well worth visiting.
