Your working class supermarket. Items are cheap but ques can be long and customer service with a smile you should put on your wishlist.

Shoprite Maitland is convenient for me but service at the tills especially peak times are horrendous. .. long queues and time wasting.
Also a lot of your fresh produce not always fresh especially having to pay R17.99 per kilo for over ripe black bananas. Improve on those things .. your loyal customers deserve that and you might even become the Woolworths of Maitland.

Staff are not overly friendly and it is a very busy shop but relatively clean, value for money and convenient to stop at. Their bakery is quite clean, fresh baked goods are made daily and mainly the reason for my visits there. Love the special bread they make ☺
