Horrible service from the receptionist. Rushed to Sorbet to find my booking was cleared out and not rescheduled. Made a second attempt the next day, only to arrive to a rude receptionist who refused to greet. If it wasn't for the friendly, charming service from the beauty therapist who did an amazing job on my nails, this would have been a horrid experience. Sorbet Canal Walk 2 really needs to improve on their customer service and communication with customers.

Sorbet Canal Walk DOWNSTAIRS, you have to sort out your phone lines!! I have tried endless times to get hold of you and I just get a beep, beep, beep. I have been to this particular branch several times and have had only good experiences, but I am now forced to make an appointment at Bayside (new store). You guys are known for your high standards, and phone lines not working is not only unacceptable, but will cost you business. PLEASE get this small glitch straightened out and make me want to give you 5 stars again!!

this has been the most horrible 10min , trying to confirm my booking that i have made for my nails . the end of the day they have lost my booking . i will never refer anyone to these stores and wil never making an appointment with them again . i wil rather go to dream nails or fantasy .
