Left message for someone to call me back. Phoned again today only to be told they can't access the system to set up an appointment. phone again, now the third time, only to be greated by a voice recording to say that they are experiencing high call volumes and cannot call back and i must send an sms. For heaven's sake, this is a beauty salon not a call centre. don't even want to go there now as it has left such a bad taste in my mouth. Disgusting client service.
