Had the best weekend in Cape Town because of your Driver Siya,,,we where 7 girls and he made our stay unforgettable,,,he gave us all the info we needed and was soo protective

We are so disappointed with your Company, for our first time experience! We sent Elite Tax online all our full pick up details, and exact time. Firstly the Driver cant find our Complex, drives around Bergundy Estate.! Does He have GPS? The Street / Complex address was made very clear and various calls to your Radio Room Staff informing them of the address again. They kept giving us a different story as to the Driver whereabouts!! Come On!! Your Drivers should know street addresses at least!! He was suppose to pick up Mr. Gradl at 0630. Your Driver arrives an half hour late, to top it, Mr, Gradl had to be on time to ensure he does not miss the early flight for a International connecting flight in JHB. That time of the morning a person certainly do not need to be so stressed out.!! It is extremely Poor for a Company such as yourselves! Elite ?? I don't think so. Please raise your Standard. You have competition!!

The driver was so late that I ended up walking. An emergency is the worst time to call Elite. If I could, I wouldn't give this service any stars at all.

Ever wondered why Uber is taking business from you? Because of the don't care attitude of your drivers. Elderly white driver parked at the Three Anchor Bay beach parking lot, throwing plastic out of his window, even though there is a green bin across the path from him NOT 2 METERS AWAY!!!! It might seem minor to you, but it epitomises the attitude od the meter taxi industry, and that is why you will not survive. Disgusting from Elite.
