Helpful, friendly and clued up. If you need a visa or passport sorted I can think of no one better. (And i say this having had to worm with other visa agencies before)

I contacted Andrea at The Visa Box (based in Cape Town) on 5th July 2016 via their website for a spousal / settlement visa for my husband for the UK. I was contacted in under 10 minutes and given the necessary information relating to my query and what was required from me with fees applicable.
Andrea's knowledge and efficiency was excellent from start to finish. She replies to emails timeously, she provided me with all the information I needed to get all my supporting documents in order and the visa was approved on 5th August 2016, exactly one month since first contacting her!
I would like to commend this absolutely brilliant service and I would highly recommend The Visa Box to anyone needing assistance with visas! It really takes the stress and pressure off anyone facing the daunting task of applying for a visa and not knowing where to start or what is required.
