The hotel is pretty decent nd clean but the customer service sucks... Staff members are rude nd have attitude....called reception for a problem reguarding the bathroom nd was never attended to... Even left nd it was still never attended to but are quick to attend to Indian and white peoples complaints.... I felt that they were being racist

I have stayed in many hotels in Durban over many years, and the person to verify that is Hotel manageress Desiree Kumarsamy ...i had the pleasure of seeing her and being served by her once again...after 25years well all i can say is that the service is 5star...they on the ball...the Hotel Manager Naveen was very professional and accommodating...thats what i call service with a smile...every member of that team is highly skilled in the hospitality trade....WELL DONE GUYS...I WILL BE BACK....by the way for a hotel your size you give better service then any hotel on that golden mile....keep it up guys.....

Good hotel specialy for indian.there is many plus point near beach also good restaurants and safety.

No sea views for any family rooms. Felt like a cubicle. Restuarant was nice

Not bad at all... We had hot water issues on fourth floor but the receptionist arranged for us to bath on the 3rd floor...and the plumbers attended to the matter timeously too. I would most definitely come back again with family soon.
