The rooms were not cleaned during our visit and the bedding was not changed. The roof is leaking when it rains.

My group and I would like to thank you for acvomodating us at such short notice. The rooms were clean and thanks for going an extra mile in checking us in at 7am. Please try to control the guest when it comes to noise level at night as this is disturbing other guests. Patricia you were a darling thank you a lot.

If u looking for a homey and cosy place to stay in the cbd then look no further. This place boasts 68 ENSUITE rooms.which I can say has some real style to it.although if u are one who like 5star hotel then union hotel is not for you. It's budget accommodation at its best.rooms are stylish and cozy.pricing is awesome.great friendly staff and management
