Spacious, friendly waitors, food was good. I loved the atmosphere. And i love sitting above the food court.

Rather go somewhere else.
Decided to have lunch there today, initially we wanted hamburgers , was told be the waiter all there beef patties were sold out (this was 2pm the afternoon) and he highly recommended the Einstein , only to get back to us 10 minutes later to informed us "They just noticed it's sold out too"
So we decided to take the steak instead, I had the rump ... I have my rump Medium Rare , I have no idea how anyone can cook a steak like they did, the bottom was overcooked , the top was overcooked and in the middle a thin little piece that was mid-rare , but here's the problem the overcooked parts was so overcooked the steak tasted like sawdust, with a sandy texture , no flavour, not even the cheese sauce could mask it, oh and did I mention the waiter rated the steak 6/10 and recommended the fillet instead , I should have taken his word for it, but I thought it was gimmick to make me spend more.
I am pretty sure there are laws in place to prevent chefs from doing that sort of thing to good quility steak.

Anyone even considering of going there, don't!
Not only will you find hair in your food, they'll spit in it as well and the staff will stand around pointing and gossiping about you.
Clearly they don't know how to grill a steak because when you ask for a Medium Well, they'll give it to you Chargrilledand extra crispy and when you ask for it medium, they'll give it to you Bleu (practically still mooing at me) and hey the fun part about this is, when you tell a waiter that your steak is raw, they say "No that's fat" like yes because the whole damn steak is going to be fat. And when you proceed to tell the rude manager that multiple people who've reviewed this place keep complaining about, she makes you pay retail price for something you didn't even ask for and proceeds to say that next time you're here, I'll give you a free meal.
The next day, I came for the free meal, and nothing. She goes back on her offer.
This place is honestly a joke.
The owner needs to wake up and see that this manager Raquel is messing up their business as multiple people have complained about her.
I wouldn't even give it one star. That's too generous.
Heads up Galaxy, there is a reason your restaurant is never busy.

Visited the Pavilion branch on the evening of 21/12/2016 and was rudely greeted by a lady who offered to get us a waitron who never arrived. Finally got the attention of the so-called "duty manager" who hurriedly took our order (four mains and four cool drinks). 50 minutes later and still no sign of even the glass of water we had ordered. Service was pathetic, staff was rude. Never got our food or drinks. This duty-manager must really not value her job. Please get rid of her if you want a success of a restaurant.
