I have been supporting this business for years. Their foods used to be good but as the years wore on, their "foods" just got worse. I bought a large Hawaaian pizza and paid R95 (I really don't mind the premium price), but their thick, hard, base felt as though I was chewing on card board. I would advise management to take a good, hard look, as to where they are going wrong, and to remedy the situation before they start to lose even more business. As for my future support, I think I am done with them - unless offcourse they implement radical change....and soon.

Jolly Grubber North Beach, charges R20 to use the toilets even if you buy a drink from them, I find totally ridiculous and now they refuse a 6 year old to eat his own meal, you need to understand how to deal with your clients, there are many other food places in Durban to choose from

The chicken sandwich: advertised as a toasted chicken sandwich with a few chips inside with a bit of sauce
Actual sandwich consists of a toasted onion sandwich with a great amount of sauce and few pieces of chicken
Your mouth will be smelling like onions for the rest of the day

I don't usually post reviews online but this needs to be done. We visited jolly grubber this morning and placed our orders..after waiting 45 minutes my sister in law and mum were served while i was left waiting. My mum and I placed our order together and so we should have been served together. Instead when i complained, no notice was taken. I requested a refund and then too i was kept waiting for minutes on end. I was finally given my money back without any apology or remorse.. Not impressed at all. Won't be going there again.
