Complain about ND 754-972
I was travelling from Hlabisa to Durban, I jumped off at Durban station (at 7:10pm) in order to catch a taxi that will take me to Lamotville taxi rank....I got into this taxi at Durban station that the driver and conductor said they are going to Lammotville rank (market)....they then took a different route that goes via Inanda rank....they further said I need to jump off under the bridge (near Cambridge store.....they told me that I had to walk from there to Lamotville rank and said it's close by.....I can walk .....mind you it's 7:30pm

This organisation has to do something about the mistreatment of people in these taxis it is so unfair. These some of these taxi drivers drive like they are carrying a bunch of vegetables we are only 'safe' when there are police officers around otherwise they dont obey any road rules. Today we were delayed because one of the taxi commuters stopped us @ Durban Station he blantantly disrespected the passengers he spoke to the driver and next thing we knew we were left just sitting the in a taxi with no driver..we had paid so we couldnt get off...plus they just left us sitting impatiently waiting to get to work. Maybe our government should invest more on buses to ensure we have a better transportation system and a safe arrival
