The normal movie going experience. An upgrade to the facility would be nice to keep up to date with other Ster Kinekor outlets and offer a better movie going experience. Average service levels which could be improved upon.

Self-service @ frontdesk, however the toilets are very dirty and there's no privacy because the door lock in the men's toilet is broken.

No one at ticket counter, movie started 15 mins late only after we complained did it start. The sound was way too loud, and levels out. Seems no one manages the place! The floor lighs are way too bright. Considering the amount of money they charge for a ticket, one feels ripped off.
