First time told me to wait 10 minutes and I waited 30 minutes.
Second time told me to wait 10 minutes and I waited 25 minutes, the car didn't had seat belt, and the car was old.
Terrible service and no value for money.

Very Bad service. Not on time and the co-ordinator is very arogant.

I have generally found them to be punctual, reliable and fairly priced. Dealings thro Nicky Barnard have always been excellent.
Unfortunately I recently booked a taxi from George to Oudtshoorn and paid immediately in advance. A lift became available about an hour after booking and I notified them immediately that I wouldn't be needing the taxi, and requested a refund.
This is where my problems began. I was told that only the boss handles that and that they would prefer to hold on to my money and give me a credit. This did not suit me as I wasn't sure when I would use them again. It took 4 phone calls to Nicky to eventually be told I would be refunded. This process took about 2 weeks and I see they arbitrarily deducted R50, something they have no right to do. The R50 is negligible, but it is the principle. I shall be posting something on Facebook, as the short-sightedness of such an action which is illegal ito the Consumer Protection Act needs to be made public.

Excellent service from start to finish. Our driver Faizel was brilliant, friendly and courteous - he was on time (in fact he was early) for both pick up and drop off, the vehicle was in superb condition and I would highly recommend this service when visiting George and surrounds.
