I had a totally awful experience which essentially ended with the Budget/Avis rental car place stealing from me. Long story short, I ended up having to make two reservations (as the staff , one of which was never cancelled. I spent hours trying to email people, on the phone with representatives, etc. afterwards trying to fix the situation. The staff gave me misinformation or trivialized what needed to be done several times and often blamed me for the fact that they couldn't refund one of the reservations. It should have been very simple and it was not. I would not recommend using this rental car agency after my experience, especially when you have options like Hertz closer to town.
