This hospital may give good health care but if the reception, waiting areas are anything to go by it's a disgrace. There are only 2 toilets, one is out of order and the other has no toilet seat, no paper, no lock on the door and is filthy. This is a hospital and the cleanliness should be consistent through out. It's loans me to see how run down this hospital is. It can't be managed well if they can't keep the place clean and maintained.

This hospital has diagnosed a relative of mine with womb cancer at an early stage. Since last year, she has been pushed from pillar to post on operation dates. She wakes up very early on aforesaid date and when she gets there, she is always told to come back at a later date. It's been over 5 months now, they play with people's lives. It takes a lot for a patient to mentally prepare for an Operation, imagine when they have to be turned back so many times. They don't even deserve a one Star

Delivered at this hospital a few days ago. Was in the public labour area with other mothers then was later moved to a private room with a nurse attending to me. Then I had a full medical team by my side during the delivery. They were all so awesome. I have to say I wasn't an easy patient, I don't like needles and have a low threshold for pain..lol. but after all was done, we were all smiling and laughing. So don't believe all the negative hype. I honestly felt they gave me the type of service I would have received at a private hospital

Do not ever take your child there at all the nurses there are rude some of them are nice but I would never take my child there again even the dokters there say your kid is healing if something is broken but if you look at the x ray its far from healing.

I was pleasantly surprised by this! I took someone there actually but I waited in the waiting rooms with them. The hospital is clean unlike most provincial hospitals and the staff is immensely helpful and efficient. The wait was long, but there was simply a lot of people. Keep up the good work!
My ratings are based on industry and funding taken into consideration so I don't compare it to private hospitals, but to other government hospitals. Can't give 5 stars since I haven't seen the rooms.
