gym company deducted money from my account using two different reference number/membership numbers when i even blocked them using my reference number from deducting from my account so that i can pay cash. the past 6 months I've paid what I owed and this month they deducted twice in my account with two different membership numbers/reference numbers and now they telling me lies about how the there's a new law in South Africa not showing members reference numbers on debit orders because of fraud and how my reference/membership has changed without my knowledge now i have to prove to them that this is not my reference numbers
also I don't owe gym company any fees but they are still deducting from my account telling me that my reference number changed
when/how/why did my reference number change
please fix this problem
