dirty park, mostly homeless people , not that i hate homeless but u cant use the park for relaxing because of that environment

It's been well looked after since after the renovation security stepped safe to spend time with your children, I just don’t understand why they lock one gate on Kenmere Road till 3 and put goods outside the public toilets have them locked.
