Not safe area. Smash and grap group operate from there.Metered taxi guys breaking into Uber vehicles. Uber or Textify cabs can pick their clients from there.

Decent eatery. Always clean and well mantained. It gets packed at times but generally service is great. Haven't had issues here at all.
