Well I didn't go, I called to book an appointment and I must say that the person I spoke to wasn't really kind... Because of this I immediately decided not to go anymore... They must work on their customer care, I can only imagine how worse it is in person...

@bombshelly_m Queenshairsalon is a disgraceful place, not even worthy of being called a business. The owner treats his obedient employees and, sadly, loyal customers like trash - over and over again. His inhumane way of treating his customers has led to the loss of money in his business - as a result, of his exhausted customers who left. Forward to all those that do their hair in shady places, like Exhibit A, as they can't find any other place......... #badserviceaward2017

My hair looks fairly decent, probably not worth the price but debatable. It is not the most friendly salon I've been to. If the manager has issues with his/her employees I feel like it should be dealt with after hours, not in front of their clients, making everyone uncomfortable.
