I have used the GPs, Dentist and Lancet Pathology Lab here. GPs: Excellent service. Usually run late though. I always ask myself whether I would want a doctor willing to make a little extra time for me though, so now I just make provision for waiting at least 30 mins extra. Dentist: Amazing service, very gentle, and mostly on time. Lancet: Usually quick. Great service. Gentle nurses.

What's the point of making an appointment at a certain time, only for a Dr to make you wait and waste your time? The Healthworx system is flawed, dan does not work.

10min early before my 12pm appointment. Reception kindly assisted and asked me to take a seat at doc office. 1hour passed and other patients who came between 12-1pm was attended to first. Doctor asked if im here to see him and i said yes, he said go moan at reception because they did not bring my medical file to his office. I spoke to reception and same young lady who assisted me, insisted that she put my medical file at doc office but to her suprise she didn't.

It consistently takes me a minimum of 3 calls to try and set up an appointment. You guys HAVE to improve on that.
