So so slow... there's constantly a supervisor or someone with the clerks... like they can't work on their own? Are they not trained?
On the web it shows they open at 9 on a Sunday, but they only open at 10. Had to hang around for an hour.

Not wheel chair friendly. One has to move furniture out of the way, negotiate around foose ball tables occupied by people playing foose ball. Never in my life have I ever seen games played in a bank😡

The customer service is beyond slow, it's month end and there are only 3 consultants, the que is long and I have been sitting for an hour. So frustrating

Excellent service. I didn't wait for a long time to be assisted. With banking services in South Africa we need quick services especially when we know that we go to banks on weekends, we don't want to wait on long queues for more than half an 2 hours. Keep it up!
