Terrible service from the pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy department to ask for advice on which medication to take, only to be directed to the isles to go and look for something myself. I thought that was what pharmacists were for? Guess I was wrong. I then decided to look for medication myself and proceed back to the dispencary to try and see if my medical aid will cover some of the medicine. When the system stated that the medicine is not covered and I requested if they perhaps know of an alternative or generic to try and test, I was simply told no. Pathetic service. Dischem Mall of Africa will not be seeing me again. There are better alternatives to Dischem pharmacy. Don’t waste your time.
