We were 4 at the table served by Waiter Bongani surname slipped my mind I'm so disappointed with this riverside spur yesterday Saturday 14 October 2017 evening we went there I ordered Rib and Chicken meal with extra buffalo wings and steak everything went well 2 of us had doggy bags Only to be so shocked the next morning to find such an insult another person's food in the bag How much i was so disgusted and to imagine we gave that waiter a R200 tip for such nonsense Such unprofessionalism and insult and the disgust to see a different order a burger carelessly packed and ruined with tomatoes and lettuce and chips nx how pissed I was Unfortunately i couldn't go back because of time and other duties to do This proves YOU employ people lacking the required qualities you pick people around to help out Let me tell you should be very wary and take beyond good care of a customer because one mistake will ruin you one mess will have that business low ranked Manager I'm telling you had I gone back you would have given me another meal
I'm so furious right now nx!!!
Get well qualified workers not people you pick around
Learn to be ethical and professional it is so unlike to give such service
To get so nauseous The disgust to see bites of another person and a different food meal
You take us for granted nx
I'm telling you to discipline that Bongani and give him full daily training
