Friendly service, great experience. Used to Bodytec for a couple of months until life got the better of me. Very happy to be able to do it again and very happy with the location of this studio, close to some nice "after workout" locations where you can enjoy the day with your family.

With my lifestyle I was struggling to find something to help get me back into shape but didn't want to be in a gym with other skinny ladies or men pumping iron. I have been going to Bodytec now for three months and not only do i feel better i can also see the changes in my body...even my Fiance has commented on it. I am a smoker and i love my Vino and yet this training has also become part of my lifestyle and its the best thing i ever did!!!
