Pity the wild hog ribs are off the menu. As well as the chocolate vodka martini free when you receive your bill. But still a great place.

I visited Hussar on the 15 July 2017. My only disappointment is that I live in Durban and don't know when I'll visit Paarl again to eat there. By far the best service, genuinely friendly staff, and awesome food. Overall the best dining experience I've had at a restaurant, ever. I will come back to Paarl, if only to eat a ribeye at Hussar.

Very well prepared food. Excellent atmosphere. Friendly staff. One of my favourite steak houses. They don't charge a cork fee.

Last night on the 12th of June I took my girlfriend out to the Paarl Branch for her birthday. I made a booking, and the moment we entered the restaurant we were greeted with a big smile by the lady at the door and she gladly showed us to our table. The food was just absolutely amazing, the service was great, the atmosphere was warm and relaxing. For me its the little extra things that count, not just good food. Smiles from the staff, atmosphere, quick service. Thank you for a wonderful evening. Keep it up! Ill be back soon.
