Honestly one of thee worst experiences of my life. Yesterday my boyfriend and I went to get our SK club cards, she said everything is done and we can watch a movie whenever. Today (Tuesday) we went there to watch a movie and use our SK cards for the Tuesday special but then they said "expired" so we went to a lady working there and she asked when last did we use the card. We replied with, we received them yesterday, she then asked did you receive an sms or email? We replied with no we didn't receive anything. She then told us to go onto the website and register, we then asked if we would still be able to receive the SK club card special as the error wasnt our fault, she then replied no.
You're busy losing customers because you're untrained and you're unsure how to do your job properly. They should give their employees proper training and teach them how to treat customers with some respect.
