I joined last year (2016) then disappeared for a couple months and went back again coz it's such a great gym with lots of space and even at peak hour, there's a few equipment available. The staff is very helpful and supportive and always greet with a smile :)

A lovely and clean gym however equipments could increase in quantity to benefit users especially during peak hours. Access from underground parking requires fingerprint scan while main entrance uses access card and fingerprint scan. It has a lovely chill area, studio with regular classes, and a cycling room. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I particularly dislike the fact that shower head are fixed and immovable, and shower rooms without shower gel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Really nice place, really cool vibe. Loved it so much after my day pass I decided to join the gym. thanks to Cheré for being so amazing,helpful and for an awesome zumba class and Tiaan for being so friendly as I walked in my nerves disappeared. First time joining a gym and I'm glad I chose Viva. Out of all the gyms I've seen, Viva is incredible inside👌

Over priced. Never enough equipment. Security at entrances is unreliable at best. Staff are unhelpful.

Great gym with lots of space for functional and weight training, the staff is very helpful and supportive and the personal trainers are excellent
