Debonairs needs to update their website to include estimated delivery time. My phone was stolen and now I have zero idea when my order will be here, if it's even been here. I only have my laptop as a means of communication. Please fix this to accommodate this inconvenience.

Hi. My name is Bobby. I mist say the pizza that I ordered that the owner or manager suggested was the Mexican fiesta with extra jalapenos and cheese was so good and had such a nice bit to it. Have not had a pizza like this in some time. And thanks to Rachel for the awesome assistance and having such a cute and welcoming smile. Well done to you all. You made my meal and day a hot a awesome surprise. See you again.

This store is growing and achieved store of the month in Eastern Cape for March 2017- staff have become more motivated to deliver on quality and service.
I tried the triple decker with extra mozzarella today. It was amazing.
Let's be honest a pizza without cheese is not a pizza.
Try the new Fired up Chicken pizza aswell. Spicy but awesome.

My family consumes a tremendous amount of pizza, and in recent months we've bought almost exclusively from this Debonairs branch. The mishaps on their side have been minor and infrequent, and they've always been responsive in dealing with issues. Not in my life has any pizza store not made occasional mistakes, and this one has kept them to a minimum - no small feat considering how much we customise our pizzas. The manager, Paul Viljoen, is worth commending as he takes customer satisfaction very seriously and has always been pleasant to deal with.
Deliveries have typically been quite quick, drivers have always been professional and the online ordering system is unlike anything their competitors offer. Being able to place a heavily customised order online, add a tip, select a delivery time and pay by card is the best thing since sliced bread. It's actually why I tried them out in the first place.
The people complaining about their pizzas should specify a thin & crispy base next time they get Debonairs. If you're into 'artisan' pizzas found in most restaurants these days, this will bring Debonairs more in line with that. Standard base pizzas at Debonairs are more of a cheesy American style. Most people in my family prefer the thin bases, so just find what works for you.
I've ordered several times in person at the store and never had a reason to be dissatisfied with the service at the counter, so I can't corroborate claims that this is a problem for the branch.
Also, the chutney Pop-Itz are amazing.
