The rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade. Some of the furniture it's extremely worn, some items poorly patched up. Food is in desperate need of improvement.

I had an absolutely pleasant stay at the Sierra Burgers Park Hotel. The staff are very pleasant and helpful; from the team at reception - who are warm and welcoming and accommodative; to the catering team. Who are constantly looking out to ensure that you're comfortable and looked after. The food was great and tasty!
The house keeping staff as well is friendly, and allows you a little sleep-in.
The hotel offers a complementary shuttle service for anywhere within 8km of the hotel. I had the greatest conversation with the drivers. Each drive they would suggest places I could see, and even rerouted once so I could find enquire at one tourist attraction.
The hotel is a peaceful spot in the midst of the city's hustle and bustle. I am very happy to recommend this establishment for any traveller (both business and leisure travellers). It's emmaculately clean... Beds are soo comfortable.

Rooms are clean and neat. Unlimited WiFi. Very central and near a airport. Collect and drop at airport.

Friendly, helpful staff; shuttle service to and from airport, as well as to other venues. Ideal for large groups of tourists, conference delegates. Excellent dining facilities.
