Nobody answers the phone. Ithought it's supposed to offer a take away & delivery service. Obviously not.

In short: These guys take +-90mins to make an order so it's not delivery that's slow. Pizza quality is standard. Use the app because they get addresses wrong! If you want pizza fast in the Moot, use Dominoes instead!

Absolutely terrible delivery service. I have ordered from this branch twice and have had to wait well over an hour for delivery to less than 8 km away on BOTH occasions. In both cases I had to call them and sort this oak out myself. Had I not, I would have starved. Completely Useless. If I could give negative stars I would (sadly one star is the lowest)

The driver was incredibly disrespectful!! he called to tell me he was outside and when i got there he wasn't there.when he finally found the right place he started shouting at me for posting the wrong address even though he was at the wrong place.i asked him to lower his voice and talk to me properly he proceeded to tell me i should just take my pizza or he is leaving. i asked him to speak to me with the same respect i was extending to him, he instead clicked his tongue and got on the bike and turned it on. i asked where he was going and he said he was leaving, i said i want my food so he got off and started shouting for his money he proceeded to throw my food at me and then when i tried to hand him the money he hit out of my hand and on the floor. I have never been so disrespected in my entire life!!!

DELIVERY TIME IS EXTREMELY LONG!!! WAITING TIME IS ALMOST 2 HOURS??? WE ARE 4 KM FROM THE SHOP AND EVERY TIME WE ORDER, THE EXCUSE FOR THE LONG WAIT IS THAT THERE IS ONLY ONE DRIVER. THE SERVICE WAS QUICK AND SUFFICIENT WHEN THE SHOP JUST OPENED BUT NOW IT IS A DIFFERENT STORY. IT IS THE MANAGEMENTS' PROBLEM IF YOUR DRIVERS ARE ON TRAINING.. OR ON LEAVE...THEY CALL IT PLANNING AHEAD......IT IS NOT YOUR CUSTOMERS' PROBLEM.
