The service is extremely poor with an uninterested night manager incapable of providing decent service. Please do not stay here. There are better options for your money.

I paid in advance for dinner on 16 August 2017, but per the final invoice I overpaid. I submitted a request for a refund but now more than 2 months later I have still not received the refund!!! So whatever you do, don't pay in advance. You are highly unlikely to be refunded.

Was just passing thru but the ambiance in this hotel is out of this world. The staff was helpful and the overall standard was plain awesome.
