The electricity went off tonight 7/7/2017 .There was no alternative back-up plan and we had to sit there and we as the customers had to ask for pay options.We had to leave without having dessert because they did not ask.After receiving our food we waited for a while for our next round of beers which was order whn we made our our order already .I asked the another waiter cause our table's waiter attended to a problem customer and could not see to us.The team knew they had to sing(b/d) for my cousin and we had to remind them all the time.They did not come once to us to ask us how we were doing . The manager was not even seen with an eye.
