I'm so so so disappointed by this place. I had a medical emergency this Sunday and called them to ask if there is any doctors available today. I was informed that there were 3 doctors on duty an they only except walk-ins on Sundays. Also informed I should be there by at least 11:45 to be able to see the doctor because they close at 12. After driving all the way from Hartebeespoort I arrived there 11:15 to find the gates locked. I called 600 times as this was an emergency and no one answered. Eventually 10 minutes later someone picked up the phone who then informed me they are closed and all the doctors have left. This is unacceptable! Before I left Hartebeespoort I called them and notified them of my emergency and tell them I'm on my way just to arrive there almost an hour before their closing time to find the gates locked. This makes me wonder if medicross really care about their patients.
