Its an ok gym with old treadmills, no swimming pool but good for group classes

Can be really busy at 5 but the rest of the time not a bad gym to go to.

You guys seriously need to go have a look at Virgin and learn what a gym is! You service is nothing short of disgusting, you equipment is few and far between, your staff unfriendly and let's not start on your poor operating hours! Where in the world does a gym open at 8 am? Ridiculous, worst decision I have made in my life. You, Planet Poorness Rustenburg, are the reason I would not go to gym at all, because you guys only make it a frustration.

Not enough equipment. No control over the people. No racking system for the weights. The ciruit is not controlled and people do normal sets of exercise there, preventing you from smoothly running through the circuit. Very crammed and too little water points for all of the people. If equipment break it ussually takes about 3 to 4 months to get it fixed.
