I have lots of experiences with car rentals (and generally I'm very tolerant if someone makes a mistake, it can happen to everyone and it's human) but what happened at Thrifty is just unbelievable. They literally tried to cheat on us. They tried to give us another car instead of the one we actually booked (we booked a five seater Pick-up but they wanted to give us a small two seater something, which would have been at least two classes below our booking) - and after half an hour discussing (and admitting that it was their "fault") it took them more than 2.5h to get the Pick-up from the airport. Well, more than a month after the rental, we saw on our bank account that they charged us an amount for the fuel. Actually we brought it back full (the petrol station is several hundert meters away only) and the guy who checked the car at the return confirmed that everything was ok. So we again had to put effort into that issue to reclaim our money. That's just so sad and I definitely advise not to rent a car there.
