They charge the highest monthly account administration fees, and their service is so terrible that sometimes you request a service and they tell you that they will notify you, and the circle goes ad infinitum.

Incompetent stupid people whom when you have an emergency they cannot sort it out but ask you stupid and irrelevant questions. No sense of urgency whatsoever.
