My wife and I visited the gardens and decided to have lunch at the restaurant as the setting was so nice.
Unfortunately the service was very slow and what my wife ordered was not what arrived. After a debate with the waitress it was pointed out that we could order AGAIN what was originally ordered but we would have to also pay for the meal that was incorrect.
To save further debate I simply said to have it packed as a take away and please bring what was originally required. By this time I had eaten my meal and we now required further drinks which not have been required if the meals had come correctly.
Payment for the meal at the desk to the most miserable manager I have ever come across was a final straw.words like , " Did you enjoy your meal, or even thanks for payment would have been nice".
All I can say is, we would not eat here again.
