Quagga Rare Books and Art is always a lovely place to stop over for antiques and collectibles for anyone. I always seem to get lost in the shop with all of its historic collections from maps of the 1700's to books from ancient England. I recommend a stop over if you are in the area. My only issue with the shop is that certain things are mixed up and finding your way around can be a challenge if you don't know where to look, however a helpful and very kind owner will most certainly lend a helping hand. A must visit in Kalk Bay!

Simon goes to great lengths to find out as much as he can about every item he acquires for the shop. I love popping in from time to time to find out what's new and what the story behind the latest item is!

Bright, modern shop filled with a treasury of antiquarian books. I especially like the art section with books that you will not be able to find anywhere else. You can see that the owner really has a passion for what he does!
