Twice this year we have rented from company and twice been coned out of hard earned money. The second time it took over 2 months to get the petrol money back. And some 360 Euros of insurance. We did not need l am a pensioner. And if they will do it to me they will do it to anybody.
I will never ever rent a car from this company again. So be warned

Do not rent from them! It may seems cheap but will end up triple the price.
First, am 25 and i have a license for more than 2 year. But the staff at the counter said i need to pay young driver surcharge while the website said only for people under 25. It costed 40 euso more. Secondly, I didn't not get my full refund back. she did not ask me to charge in Euro and automatically charged in pounds which applied a bad conversion rate, and i wasn''t aware until i got my deposit back. They conned me 60 euros just for this! Also there is a desiel charge which i didn''t know and ask for.
All in all, i had lost 120 euros! Thank god i bought insurance beforehand, because they ask for 40 euros each day!

Never rent a car there!!!!!
Car hire rip off!
This is the most dishonest company of Spain.
After booking true a website a car, I arrived in the airport to pick up the car.
First they didn't want to give me the car!
I had to take a full omnium insurance 5 times the price of the rental price.!!!!!
After discussing 1 hour the person did I few phone calls in Spanish I did not understood.
and gave me finally the car without the extra insurance.
BUT THEY SENDED ME AFTER THE RENTAL AN INVOICE OF 200 EURO FOR DAMAGE!!!
THATS THE WAY THEY MAKE MONEY!!!!
While inspecting the car I showed them several defaults on the car, witch he didn't want to write, because in his opinion it was no scratch only NOT GOOD CLEANED.
When returning the car the controlled it and said that everything is ok.
But they did not gave me the double of the return paper I signed.
So they marked extra damage to days later and send me the invoice.
SO GOOD ADVICE: NEVER RENT THERE A CAR!!!!!!
