Not so friendly staff, mostly standing around pretending to do other stuff so they don't have to serve you. This is by far the worst Sephora I have been to.

We searched for the Sephora in Alicante. To be honest it was a disappointment from the start. First of all there were a lot of assistants just standing around. Then once I had chosen a few items and was walking towards the cash desk, an assistant came running upto me and checked my basket for a missing lip brush. Once she was satisfied it wasn't there, she walked off saying something in Spanish, then to my horror, she pointed at my children and made them turn out their pockets! Needless to say, I was
HORRIFIED!!!!! Just at that moment, another assistant said she picked up this missing brush!
I will recommend that no one visits this Sephora again!!! Instead of treating you like a valuable customer, they will treat you with suspicion, like a thief!!!

Really nice staff, try to help you loads- however complicated to stop buying products as they are good!
