Worst company I have dealt with in a long time. Delivered a 350kg package for a wooden cabin without any communication of time slot, to our local bar as opposed to our plot! Then refused to take any responsibility. They then eventually offered €30 compensation to move it to our plot, then changed their mind and offered €25 when I informed it cost me €50! I passed on the offer of their petty compensation as I couldn't believe how low, mean minded and unprofessional a business can be! I would never go anywhere near them again, even though I'd be buying a couple of wooden cabins soon. I'd rather spend a little more and deal with professionals, not mean spirited unprofessionals!
And in response to your reply below, at no point was there any communication or email from hortum to say when it was being delivered, so that's a complete lie. Our road brings big mobile homes and caravans to plots, so a truck containing a package much smaller than a caravan can be delivered with no trouble. Your customers aren't stupid enough to think a big truck will enter their patios. So delivering a heavy package to a local bar without the customer being present and with zero comkunication about the delivery is a very unprofessional thing to do, wouldn't you agree? And have you ever come across a professional business that offers a €30 euro compensation, then quickly changes their mind to offer €25, despite the massive inconvenience you've caused? I have not and I am unlikely to. To me, this whole treatment was unprofessional and mean spirited and not at all customer focused. And strange how so many reviews have sprung up since my review...! Mine was the only review a week ago. It is illegal to falsify reviews.
