I throughly enjoyed my stay at this establishment until. I had my room cleaned and a pair of luxury headphones was taken . I was told on my checkout. Date I would here something back from the manger I was promised that if the headphones weren't found that they would send me some which was a lie .
Which leads me to believe that they were stolen as members of staff are dishonest I regret staying at this establishment and spending my money on treatments as they don't value there customers.

This is the 4th year running we have stayed at this hotel and I can't recommend it highly enough.
The staff are all professional, helpful and more importantly happy! Staff retention must be good as I always see plenty of familiar faces year after year.. Nothing is too much trouble..
The hotel is spotless, the rooms generous in size, and well equipped, beds are very comfortable and as I've always travelled with my little one, a cot for the first 2 years and a bed for the last 2 years as well as high chairs bottle warming and basically anything you ask for!!
Breakfast is a fabulous spread of anything you can imagine wanting along with a full menu of cooked food made to order served inside or out..
The roof terrace has a great pool (spotlessly clean) and sun loungers, with waiter service of fabulous cocktails, soft drinks and a great menu of lunchtime snacks.
I could ramble on and on....I've travelled the world and honestly can say this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in, I'm not one to write reviews but genuinely believe they deserve my time to praise each and every member of the team responsible for making this a fantastic place to stay.

Excellent and welcoming hotel with light, airy, spacious rooms very near the front and main attractions, but its position in a side street makes it a haven of calm. The tapas bar is very good indeed and throughout August offered a flamenco performance on Tuesday evenings.

Love the rooms here, great service, very quiet for an excellent central location in Alicante. Breakfast is overpriced and can be improved though.

Service was excellent. Room spacious and bed was perfect to sleep well. We did stayed only one night, but will come back again. Terrace area is nice for relaxing and enjoying some drinks. We also had barbecue at rooftop terrace. Good food, but bring the salchicha back to the menu as last summer...;)
