Good to have a fnac there but it is fairly small. Didn't like that one of the sales person insisting on speaking to me in Catalan while I spoke to him in Castellano.

The store is not so big compared to other fnac branches.
I never had problems with the staff so far.

Sellers were not helpful. They made us go back to the hotel to pick up the original passport to get tax-free , but actually, it was not necessary. We could have shown our original documents from Brazil.
