Incompetent workers: Besides "general terms of service" that you are accepting during booking they have own that are not mentioned on the web page or printed on the wall. I have European driving license and Debit Card issued on my name + other photo ID but because my card is issues in different country than my driving license, they refused to rent a car. Obviously without refund. I went next door to Europcar and as I privileged member they offered me a car. Don't be skimpy, use other leading car rental company.

We booked our car before and there were no problems at all. The whole process was fluent with the staff. It was fast and efficient. They accepted debit cards – and that was my only concern.

All the nightmare car rental stories that I read from foreigners renting in Spain was nothing like my experience. This Enterprise location was completely upfront and honest. I read the fine print of the rental requirements online before my trip, had my international drivers permit in hand, paid for the recommended insurance and was attended to by the delightful Francesca from the Dominican Republic. I was treated fairly and honestly.
