This is not a professional car rental place, although it may have the looks of one. They are after conning you one way or another--beware! A charlatan runs the place, there is zero customer service, they will try to take advantage of you, and they will waste your time (hour and hours of your time) to first rent you a car and then decline to return your deposit for various nonsensical reasons. They are located in Plaza Catalunya and they have a logo so you will think they are a legitimate business, but you have been warned, they are not.

Hope you never be in trouble when u rent from here as they will never ever listen to you. Overall, VERY disappointing experience.
I highly suspect if these officers have had enough training or qualified to deal with customers.
Here I quote what I hear from them "knowing everything on the contract is impossible".
Booked VW Golf Automatic for one day (21st July) a few months before the trip, and made another booking for 22nd July at the office when i was renting the car. So, I made two separate booking for each 21st and 22nd, from 9am to 7pm.
First of all, my booking did not even exist on there system. So had to go through every step again, took me 30 mins to get the key.
Second, even though I paid for and singed for VW Golf Automatic, they gave me VW Polo Automatic without informing anything about it. I trusted them too much, noticed I got a different car in the afternoon. Returned the car and complained about it, but the answer I got from them was "What is the problem?". So SILLY. Had to explain the price is different and they definitely breached the contract. Required to return the money back and finally received it. They called this as a 'Special discount'. Very very SILLY.
Third, for both rentals, I have never been informed anything about their policies on the contract such as re-filling the gas tank or emergency calls. My right to know about important policies on the contract was not protected at all. After I return the car, they charged me 30euro for not filling the gas tank up, even though I, swear to the god, never ever heard it from them. I insisted that I was not informed, but they say it is on the contract, without any sing of informing or highlighting the policy on the contract. (the contract was in Spanish and they knew I do not speak Spanish) I questioned them that they have the duty to inform crucial policies to their customers before signing the contract, I quote the answer I hear from them "knowing everything on the contract is impossible". I guess that he must have meant that since it is impossible to know all the rules on the contracts, he does not need to try to explain or inform his customers. WHAT A SERVICE.

Bad service, and bad mangment and I don't trust and suggest any people to rent a car from them , they don't respect turest and traying to charge for any thing .I suggest to go with international rental company .

Nice rental, very helpful service, reasonable prices. Cars are in a good condition. Lot's of electrical Renault Twizzy for rent.
